Setting it up
You can create an iDEAL profile directly from your own bank’s app — look for “iDEAL profile” under payment methods or settings, link an account, and confirm your address details. Several major Dutch banks and challenger banks support this today, with more adding support over time.
Optional, always
An iDEAL profile is entirely optional. iDEAL | Wero works exactly the same without one — your bank confirms every payment directly either way. See Security for how that confirmation works.
